Had 6+ guests all with positive reviews when started hosting 2 years ago, but no requests past year

My first 6 guests were all a pleasure and came within the first 3-4 months of listing. But suddenly stopped getting any requests or inquiries and have not hosted anybody for last year. Is there some “secret” negative rating or AirBnB policy that reduces visibility of a listing after the initial period? I just reduced my rates and revised descriptions, added pictures, etc., but don’t know if this will be reflected in the prominence of my listing going forward. Any suggestions on how to highlight my listing in Lakeview area of Chicago for a full condo apt with maximum amenities that easily accommodates 2 couples in two separate bedrooms with king size beds, HDTVs, WiFi, etc. in most exciting neighborhood but on quiet residential street??

Hi,

I tried to look at your profile to see the listing, but your profile is not accesable. That's useally not a good sign....

Can you post the direct link to your listing here ?

Indeed, it seems that David's listing does not exist...

@David1635 I was going to say that you need to refresh your listing regularly to keep it near the top of the list.

However as the others have said your listing is simply not listed.

(click on a profile picture and click through to view profile. Your listing should be at the bottom)

Have you checked that your calendar is open and you have not snoozed your listing?
