Hi!

 

I have a guest who issued a reservation request instead of an enquiry. I accepted the reservation, but the guest doesn't want to reserve just yet.

 

What happens now? Will the guest be charged? I would like to avoid that.

If I cancel I will lose privileges and my calendar will stay blocked...

I'm sure this has been resolved by now, but for other hosts: If a guest mistakenly books and wants to cancel right away, direct them to contact Airbnb. Customer service has been known to be very understanding, especially of new users who may confuse Reservation Request with Inquiry, and have refunded 100% of charges.
