@Ian28237 you will need to do your own research. Look up your competitors, click on their calendars and see how filled they are, what prices they charge, how many properties come up in your area. Track some of them for a while. There are companies out there that would provide you with data, sometimes for a fee but some basic info might be fee. AirDNA is one of them.
