If you use related keywords in the searchbox you may fnd some useful advice.

Meanwhile have you msgd the Guest via ABB msg system?

Make sure you do so it's on official record if there's any issues.

You may also like to alter your listing to xyz dates maximum stay, include it in your listing that  Request to book is a requirement for longer term Guests so you have things under your terms & conditions.
