Hi does anyone know how to edit/add house rules once the listing has been completed it seams to be the only section I cant get back to?

Yes, @Dena4.  Go to Manage Listing and then Calendar and More.  Click on the menu icon on the upper left then scroll down to Booking.  You will see a place to write Additional House Rules.  Good luck!
