In case you haven't caught the petition note from Airbnb already, how do you feel about the proposed amendment bill to regulate home sharing? Personally, I feel it's a huge step backwards, it's like going back to the stone age. I mean, not even mainland China has heavily regulated home sharing yet, so why can't the HK government offer some flexibilities? Airbnb has given me full control over the listing, calendar and vetting of guests. It's simply world's apart compared to working with traditional real estate agents. And I'd hate to work with them again.
