Hostals and Hotels, yes or no on Airbnb?

Hello!

Last time I checked (have to admit it was quite some time ago) Hostels, Hotels and Suites were not allowed on Airbnb. Only regular people. Has this changed?

I was doing research of prices and grades around my area and found several Hostels on Airbnb. Is this now okay?

I presume so - there are quite a few hosts with multiple properties and what looks like B&B's/hostels

There's a hostel an hour from me listed on Airbnb.

I mean like actual hotels/Hostals even on their tittle "Kukulkan Hostel" or "Hostal del Corazon", like actual businesses. Is this now allowed? Wow... I'm shocked.
