When first communicating with a guest, is there a place that I can save a standard response without writing each time

Yes. Click the message from your guest. Click use a saved message. Click save a new message. Title it and write it and save it. Use it

There is an actual welcome message that's automatically sent to guests when they book. You just put your welcome message in there & yep it's sent automatically 😊

@Vickie5 - I have created saved messages that I regularly use.  But I didn't realize I could create a personal welcome message that would be automatically sent. 

Where would I find this option?
