Hosting my whole house

Hi there,

Could I have some advice about switching from just one room to the whole three bedroom apartment please.

 I'd rather not sell so I'm trying to decide if this is viable.

I'd be interested in longer stays of one week or more - is it practical to be so picky?

If I was renting in a conventional way I would be looking at £2,500 per month.

@Richard2205 Have you thought through the insurance, business rates  and tax implications of renting the whole flat on Airbnb rather than the current 1 room listing?

Also have you researched prices for 3 bed whole house listings in the area. I suspect it might be difficult to beat the profit generated from a normal let but I don't know the area.
