Hosting vs concierge service

Hello,  We are new hosts and excited to welcome travelers into our home.  

Our intention is to welcome guests into a 5 star "home away from home" not a hotel with concierge service.  Is this a negative?

We live in a desirable neighborhood and offer an upscale room with hotel room amenities.  We also offer our common living space and stated kitchen hours for breakfast and lunch.  We are hospitable yet space consious for our guests.  What I see on the site is the tendency to become a travel agency for guests which is not our intention.  Is there a concierge expectation that, if not met, will result in a negative review?
