Hosting whole house when away, Room when at home

Hello!

I am new to Airbnb and was wondering is there a way i can advertise as a 'whole house' (and different rate obviously) for parts of the year when i am travelling, and just a private room for when i am home but have a spare room available?

Hi

All you have to do is create 2 separate listings  -- one for the whole house and one for the part of the house you want to rent while you are at home.  Each listing will have its own calendar.
