Hot tub excluded from amenities?

Why is the hot tub amenity excluded from the search side bar?

Of all things to exclude.... Airbnb how do you all make your decisions.....

Actually I’m glad it isn’t a selection option 😄

The bathtub in our bathroom is a hydro-massage, or translated in my listing (Dutch version) as a “Jacuzzi”.

In English this amenity is suddenly called a “Hot Tub”?

So, technically and by definition I’m correct, with this amenity ticked.

But most guests, have different thoughts by such an amenity!

That’s why I added a proper explanation about this, under the pictures.

To avoid deceptions!

Under the previous searches it was an option and now it it no longer an option. It's as if Airbnb feels it's  more important to clarify or market to the guests "basic essentials" such as hangers versus a nice upscale amenity such as a hot tub or Jacuzzi. I'm still shaking my head at this.....

Most likely it's a glitch, which will be fixed sooner or later.

These type of annoying bugs appear all the time.

And as they appear mysteriously, so will the disappear mysteriously again – over time.

Well ANNOYINGLY it is 2020 and there STILLLLL is not a HOT TUB or JACUZZI in the amenities search options! Honestly it is off putting and aggravating and I’m looking elsewhere for my vacation rental because of it at this moment because here on air bnb as a CUSTOMER I cannot CHOOSE! When I seemingly need to 🙄
