How can I create two accounts to seperate my listings?

I rent out a seperate apartment in my house with private bathroom and kitchen. I also rent out more budget-friendly rooms that share my bathroom with other guests.  For my separate apartment I charge a  $50 cleaning fee. For my rooms that share the bathroom with other guests, I charge a $10 cleaning fee.

Not unexpectedly, I get 5 stars for cleanliness in the apartment that pays the higher cleaning fee and has 100% control over their bathroom and kitchen. I don't receive 5 stars for the rooms that pay the lower cleaning fee and shares the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. As it is now, the lower cleaning fee room drag down my ratings, preventing me Superhost status.

Is there a straight-forward way to create two seperate accounts?  One account being my Cadillac listing that can bring me Superhost status. The other is my Chevrolet-  budget oriented rooms w/shared bath. When I set up my account, I had errantly created two accounts with two email account. Airbnb nulled the second account.

My thinking is that the lower $10 fee for the shared bathroom covers the cleaning of their room and the shared bathroom on check in. It is not enough provide for  an immaculate kitchen counter, scrubbed out sink or a clear shelf in the refridgerator awaiting their perishables. Yet many guests have this expectation.

This is my business model. I wish to have budget priced rooms for budget minded people. But my Cadillac is being dragged down.

Does anyone have a solution? I realize I could accomplish this by creating a dummy account using a friend as an account holder, but would prefer to be more straight forward.

Thanks

AirBnB is person rather than property based, so basically no.
