How do I add an extra host to my listing?

Please give more details on what you are asking.  For example, do you want to split payouts? Add an additional contact for guests? What is it that you want to acomplish?

Do you mean extra guest or host?

If it is a guest, there is a how guide here.

I am not sure if you can add an extra host but you can enter more than one cell phone number.
