How do I change a pre-approval to add an extra guest?

Our guest house accommodates 6 people. We pre-approved a request for 6 people and they have asked for a 7th person, which is fine. How do I change the pre-approval to reflect the extra person?

I believe that you first have to have the reservation confirmed after which you can ammend the number of guests. Once the reservation is confirmed, go to your reservations list and click on "change reservation". There is a box where you can change the number of guests. Once the guest has accepted your change, the reservation will be in effect for the total number of guests. If the guest does not accept the change you can claim it via the resolution center.
