How do I extend the length of guests stay

Hi,  I have never had to extend a stay before.  I understand that I click on "cancel or change" booking but how do I calculate the price for the extra weeks. 

We offer 20% discount per month, do I take this off myself or will it be automatically taken off? 

Do I add cleaning fee? 

Do I charge another security deposit or does the original fee just continue?

Is the guest charged another service fee from Airbnb? 

I am nervous about getting this wrong so help would be appreciated.

They have a nice article. The short answer is you need to calculating it manaully including any discounts, cleaning fees etc. You of course do not factor in any of the AirBNB comissions on either HOST or GUEST.
