How do I remove a declination of a prospective guest?

I erroneously declined a prospective guest and he has sent me another message asking to book, but when I try to contact him, I still have the "declined" message in place.  I would like to host the guest and he, obviously, would like to book. This needs to be fixed.

You cannot remove the declination, but your guest can send you a new reservation request that you can then accept.
