A guest canceled and I wanted to send them additional money to cover the AIRBNB fees. I don't see a way to do this. How do I send money to a canceled reservation?

Actually, for me anyway, the resolution center does NOT give you the option to send a refund to a guest that has canceled a FUTURE booking. I specifically need to send a refund to someone that canceled a FUTURE booking and not someone that has already booked.

I have never had to do this, but assumed that as there effectively never was a reservation you can not. Nothing to resolve as far as ABB is concerned.
Since you get the payment only AFTER guests arrive, you can´t refund what you don´t have. Let Airbnb deal with it, it is not your problem. Moreover why do you want to refund airbnb fee?
