This was unfortunately a group of single young guys who rented our home to party. We were very skeptical in renting to them at the beginning but they promised to treat our home respectfully. Unfortunately they broke numerous pieces of furniture and left the home unsecured ( Windows and doors left open) and left enormous amounts of trash and beers cans in the house. There were many more guests than we had agreed to as well. Interestingly we only sent one email to ask a few questions. We never harassed them as they contend. They became extremely defensive about any inquiries as to their behavior while at our home. We just decided to chalk this episode up to experience and vow never to host single young men in the future. All of the accusations they have voiced are false. It is so very unpleasant to be insulted and and lied about after having our home treated like a frat house. I would never host these folks again not any single men under 30 in the future. Please read our other positive reviews before giving his one and weight. I have owned and hosted guests at 3 properties over the period of 12 years and have never had such a poor experience. Having had our hosting efforts grossly misconceived and lied about. We request you dismiss this review and move on to our others which were written by more mature and responsible guests.
