How long after a guest leaves will I be prompted to write a review?

Hi All -

Last week i emailed Air bnb as I wasn't getting prompted to leave reviews; air bnb fixed them up just before time ran out to leave a review. 

Now a guest that checked out 2 days ago i haven't been prompted - is it broken again?

I wanted to know how long before i get asked to review them? 

I dont want to leave it too late, only to realise that its broken again and that's why i havent been able to review them

I usually get my review prompt after about 24 hrs.

We get the opposite end of the spectrum... i.e. we're asked to leave reviews before the guest has actually checked out!

We think it's inappropriate that this happens and we've previously advised Airbnb about it, but nothing has changed.

So, both our situations highlight that things don't seem to be working particularly well on the review front!
