How many listings do i need for 8 room property

I have a 8 bedroom property, I wanted to know from others hosts who are running the big house like this, how many listing do i need to make for the best revenue generation.

According to me, I need 20 different listing for all the possibilities

If you are letting it as a whole listing you only need one listing @Harmander0 

you presumably did you market research before putting your place on Airbnb so will know if taking into account special Covid cleaning and Covid regulations  whether it's better to let as a whole listing or multiple rooms.
