One option would be to block future dates until the last confirmed guests have arrived.  If you close the account so that your confirmed guests cannot find it, they will get worried.

@Oksana3, one solution might be to simply block the calendar to further reservations. Then when all the current booked guests have completed their stays, you could deactivate your listing.
