How to find a trustful co-host in Nice?

Hello eveyone!

I would like to rent my apartment in Nice and was wondering how to find a co-host in Nice (France).  Since I dont live there, it is hard to manage it via airbnb (I live in Germany). Do you have any tips how to find someone that would co-host that apartment with me?

Hi the co-hosting service works online. They manage all your emails, bookings, liaise with cleaners etc. Maybe see another listing in Nice and ask through their site listing booking system?  I’m looking to buy in Nice. I used Co-host site for a UK property I have but I just got the info I just outlined. Is my experience.

Hallo Christina, ich bin in einer aehnlichen Situation und wollte mal fragen wie einfach es war einen host oder co host zu finden. Ich wuerde auch gerne wissen, wieviel Prozend ein co-host fuer die Unterstuetzung erwartet und was man als Leistung erwarten kann.
