I am new to Airbnb and am currently hosting my 3rd party. I have 2 issues with them, but I'll put the other issue on another conversation. This issue has to do with the person booking the stay, and his cousin. He just joined and has no ratings/reviews. After they checked in, he says he booked instead of his cousin because he got some sort of discount from Airbnb (maybe for first time users?). The cousin says he has used Airbnb many times before. Since the cousin is also staying at the house, I would like to know what kind of reviews he has gotten. Is there a way to find out what reviews a guest has, even though he is not the guest that did the booking?
@Judy508 Yes, ask the guest who made the booking to invite his cousin to the reservation. When you make a reservation as a guest, you can add other people to it. Here's a link with instructions on how to do it that you can send your guest:

Once they're successfully added, you will be able to see the cousin's details.

FYI he has decided that he would rather leave than add his cousin to the booking, so he is checking out tonight.
@Judy508 I'd consider that a bullet dodged. If he prefers to leave rather than let you see his cousin's reviews it must be bad.
The MO with "add a guest to the itinerary" is to do it before they arrive !!
That cousin's history you probably really don't want to know about, so in a roundabout way you may have been let off lightly. We have this "add guests to your itinerary" as a booking requirement (just for this reason that you have encountered - somebody or a few in the group might have really negative feedback) failing this we manually ID each guest and get them to accept Terms and House Rules and they provide ID. Either way, anonymous guests are no longer anonymous.
Make sure 'he' cancels rather than you cancelling. His preference to not add his cousin is not a reason for you to lose your booking and have your calendar blocked by a potentially troublesome guest.
