How to manage 2 private rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment

Hello! I'm pretty sure someone can help me out here!

I have 2 private rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment. The obvious thing is to list them separately, but:

1. How can I manage it so that if for example, 2 guests are looking for 2 private rooms in the same apartment can actually find and book my 2 rooms together?

1 listing for room No 1

2. listing for room No 2

3. listing for room No1 + No2

then just synchronize listings 1. and 2. to the listing 3. so if someone books one room then the third listing is automatically blocked and vice versa

(same principle as our 2 conected apartments)

Thank you @Branka-and-Silvia0 ! So if right now 1 room is booked until April 11 and the other is not booked at all, the 3rd listing (that contains both rooms) should only be available starting April 12 right ?
