Hi. I have just listed our guest-house on Airbnb, but I am wondering one thing.
Our guest-house is for people who are traveling alone, and there are 10 beds (5 bunk beds). 10 beds for 10 different people.
So I set the "Accommodates" to "1", and set the "Sleeping arrangements" to "5 bunk beds".
What I want to do is to keep showing "vacancy" on the calendar when the total guests are under 10 people, and when it reaches 10, I want to show "no-vacancy" on the date of the calendar.
I am not sure it will work. Does anybody have any idea?
You will need to have one listing for each bed, and make it clear in your description that the listing (bed) is in a shared room (1 of 10 beds in a guest house). I'd suggest you number each bed and explain the exact location (top/bottom bunk, next to door/window etc) within the room to minimize and confusion or potential complaints. Good luck~
I see. Thank you very much!
