How to price, how to promote an unusual home?

I just added a listing for an unusual home, a geodesic dome house on the side of a mountain. What the guests love is the seclusion and the views - and the photos show the views well. But other than talk about the mountain views and show some photos, how can I promote the uniqueness of the home? And where should I price it? I am a little above the AirBnb recommendations and I get bookings, but I don't really know where the price should be, since it is unique.

@Patrick696 We are just starting on our journey into the Glamping busiiness...we are shopping for domes or possible a Bell Tent...I was wondering where you got your dome, and if you are happy with the company.
