How to see guest reviews

Hi,

I am new to hosting and I have a problem. My first guest is someone with 7 verifications, but I cannot access his profile or reviews.

Can anybody help me or recommend me what to do?

The easiest would be go to your hosting dashboard, click on all reservation, then select the relevant reservation and click on the name of the guest. Do this from the full desktop version rather than using any app.

Note that many guests are newbies without any reviews.

Hi Marit,

That must be the problem, he just joined last september.

He is already accepted because I had instant booking on.

I suppose if he has verified ID, I should be safe...

I know this is an old thread, and I apologise for restarting it. 

What has happened to hosts being able to see reviews given to guests by previous hosts? Can I only see them if I have Instant Book on? I do not want instant book!
