How to send a guest a video to guests in messages, and how my email is shown when I email a guest

Hi Hosts,

I have a couple questions:

1. I want to share a video with my guest showing how to operate our keyless entry system. Any ideas how to do this?

2. If I send a guest an email from my personal email account to their airbnb account, does Airbnb generate a fake email address similar to how they generate fake email addresses for guests? I want to protect my own privacy when I contact guests via emai.
