How to set up specific dates discount

 Would someone please assist me

I would like to offer different % discount for Jan and Feb. 

I am not sure how to set up 15% discount for Jan month and 20% for Feb month.

This is a great idea. Hopefully somebody can help you out as I would be extremely interested in how to do this.

@Mani7 @Sean203  You need to change the base price manually.  This doesn't take long if you go to the multicalendar, and shrink the text (CTRL minus a few times) so that you can see at two weeks at a time and change a two-week block at a time.  (Then CTRL plus a few times or CTRL zero to enlarge the text size again.)
