How to take your property off the airbnb site for a year

We are going travelling and have to take our property off airbnb for a year. Who do I notify?

Just set your listing to Snoozed. Instructions are in the Help area.

Hi @Lynda-And-Mark0,

You do not need to notify anyone.  You have two options, "snooze" or "unlist".  With snoozing your listing, you set the dates you will be gone and your listing will not appear during those dates.  With unlisting, you are taking it offline until you want to rent it again and then you relist it.  You are not deleting it, just turning it off until you want to turn it off again.  Snoozing is really like having an automatic timer.  Click on the link below and you will find a Help Guide on both "snoozing" and "unlisting" your listing.
