How to turn of "Got It" pop up ?

there is this "Got It message" pop-up popping up every time im on the message page, how do i turn the message off so i don't need to Got It another hundred times ?

If it still shows up each time even though you click on the "Got it" words, could it be that accepting cookies is turned off in your browser?
