How to unlist my property

An unforeseen medical emergency happened to one of my family members 2 weeks ago. A massive stroke happened which rendered her half-paralyzed with aphasia. My property (currently with AirBnB) is wheelchair accessible and I need to make a decision this week before my family member is discharged from hospital. 

I am extremely saddened by this, firstly by the catastrophic medical event, and secondly, by the loss of income (which I direly need) if I remove my account from AirBnB. When there are bookings made, what happens? How do I unlist instead of deactivate?

Go to listings - choose list you want to unlist - scroll till the very bottom you'll see listed (green) - click listed change it to unlisted

If you have future bookings (this is not clear from your message), it would probably be better to snooze than to unlist.  

For relocating guests in future bookings, you would need to contact airbnb.

Thanks for replying! If I choose snooze, is my property still visible (comparing it to unlisted, deactivate).

It will not show up in searches, but still accessible for those already booked.

The dialogue box said my listing will not appear during the period I've set. But will I still be able to receive/check incoming messages from my scheduled guests?

You will still be able to receive those messages, @Rowena7.

Hi there, I am still not able to unlist my property. 

I am in the "listing" page. See the column "status" as listed, but can't see the option to "unlist". 

I would appreciate if someone could help with some direction. 

I have read the above posts/comments, but can't seem to "unlist" my unit

@Brendan258 Click on the listing you want to remove. then you will see listing details/pricing and availability other things as columns under the listing name

click on listing details

scroll down to listing status and then click edit (on the right hand side)
