I Thought I've Seen and SMELT it all.

So these hippies in a big van stayed one night.

I knew they were only interested in my laundry and kitchen facilities. No matter.

They left the suite REEKING of smoke.

At first I thought it was just tobacco, but I cannot get the burn smell out.

I have taken off and washed all bedding. I have taken all the linens out of the drawers and washed, because they too smell of smoke

I have washed the floors and walls. 

I have opened the windows and run the fan for 24 hours.

I cannot get the char smell out!

It's like they had a fire in my little room

I have had to complimentary upgrade the next guest, because the unit is unlivable.

The current guest has accepted the unit, but I am kicking back $25 to appease him.

I'm hoping the current guest's dog will cover up the smoke smell or I'll have to buy a gallon of Fabreze and douse the mattress.

I'm frustrated. I read their past 9 reviews - they were glowing!  I must be crazy
