You just need to add a co-host.
When you add a co-host to your listing, you will provide AirBnB with the person's name and email address. They will be sent an email. From there, the future co-host will be directed to set up an AirBnB profile and it will link to your listing. As a co-host, they will have their own login but will able to respond (accept/decline) to all inquiries/requests/messages. The co-host will also be able to manage the calendar, adjust pricing and block or open dates as needed.
As the host, you will get these same messages so you will be "up to date" on what is going on. The co-host will not be able to see financial info, previous booking details, or the star ratings from guests.
