Quite often I have first time Airbnb users as my guets. All my 4-stars are given by them - I will never be able to retain my Superstar status if I continue to allow first time users. They do not understand what the stars are about. And I always pay for their stay three times as much as for my other guests. I try to be polite and I am forgiving their mistakes or misdoings and I am giving them good 5-star reviews as guests as they have been clean, obeyed house rules, but when I receive their reviews there is always a surprise! My last guest gave me 4-star on accuracy because the Airbnb address was not as my own! She simly did not know that Airbnb is not giving the exact point before the booking - and I have been sending her more then 10 times messages- days before her arrival how to reach the flat, even giving her the GPS address, explaining street by street how to find the flat - but she did not understsand English - and was only sending me pictures of the streets where she moved - at the end I took a taxi and collected her from the last place I got a picture from her.

And I had to pay a repairment of the door after she left - a trifle, just the price of one and a half day of her 6-day stay... But I continue to loose stars and money by first time users - I have plenty of stories until now, at times I wonder how I still am a Superstar.
