I can't pre approve a guest as the dates are blocked by a pending verification

Hi there - I've had a potential guest message me and the dates should be available but I can't preapprove the guest as the dates are blocked by a "pending verification" message and I can't change it. Help please! Georgia

Thanks Lizzie - Thanks so much for the reply. Strangely they didn't show up when I first searched, but they did after I asked the question so I could have a look through.
