I can't send any message to a possible guest.

I received messages from AirBnB that a guest is confirming to stay on my unit. He's asking some questions too but I can't send any message to the guest.  Everytime I click the button to reply, it shows a message saying "You do not have any access to this thread".  Please help me. The guest is arriving this Thursday.  Thank you so much.

If it is possible for you, could you try to :

- Clear browsing data or 

- Or change navigator.

Do not attempt to reply to the SMS message you receive. You  must reply via the app directly or on a computer logged into your AirBnb account.  The notifications are in your Inbox.
