I had a guest check-in, stay for a couple of hours, then decide to cancel. They didn't spend the night, but shouldn't they be charged at least a nights stay? I have 2 nights reserved for them that I have lost revenue for.

How unfortunate, do you know why they cancelled?
Please check out more detailed info on cancellations here. It even has a section about cancellation after check-in, I guess it happens more often than we think! Maybe a good moment to review your cancellation ppolicy and ask yourself if you are still happy with that?!

Normally I would have a look at your listing but it seems that another 'upgrade' has temporarily taken that option away.
Usually you would get something but obviously somebody does not usually arrive and leave 2 hours later.
So it depends, what happened?

Do you think it is a feature of a new update (or orather a feature that was dropped)?
I have no idea, I belong to a few other forums on completely different subjects and there are hardly any issues, just works.
I get the impression that this is the play thing of new ABB coders trying out different things.
If I click to view my own profile, it only takes me to the Community profile. It was so much more useful to go to someone's actual Airbnb profile and check out a listing or a review if that was what the post was about.
Too bad, this way it's more difficult to help... Not sure I like this new thing, @David126!
