I have Aug and Sept marked as available but when I search online it shows unavailable.

I have gone through all the steps to make sure the dates are not blocked and I have rechecked several times. I have also contacted Airbnb but they are sending it to a specialist. I thought I'd see if there are any suggestions here. The 2 months have been blocked for a week now.

The dates in these months are indeed not available to book.

Some questions:

- Are you using also another booking site, with the calenders linked ?

- Do the dates show as "available" in your hosting calender (when managing the listing) and do they display a price on each date ?

- Can you block some of the "available" dates (and then unblock them again) ?

I have no other booking site. I am new to this so I have not gotten that far.

In my hosting calendar they do show available and they do show a price.

Yes, I tried blocking and unblocking a October date and it worked just fine.

@Beth408  A lot of hosts have been reporting this here recently. It's obviously a system glitch that is affecting some accounts, but it doesn't seem that Airbnb is admitting that it's an issue. Either the dates show as available on the host's end but not on the guest's, or they show as available to the guest, but when they try to book, they get a pop-up that says the dates aren't available. 

All I can suggest is that you be persistent with CS and let them know that other hosts have been reporting this on the community forum as well, that it's not just an isolated problem on your account.
