Well this shows $60 but a few nights I checked showed $70 so I assume $60 is the lowest you charge and you vary your pricing.

@Jane89 This can also happen when Airbnb takes the cleaning fee and  adds it to the nightly rate - Sometimes I see this on my own listing, sometimes I don't - Usually it happens on the phone app, but not always. Do you have a cleaning fee?
