I have just been able to put a screenshot in a message!

Every time I have tried to put sensitive information in the message stream in the past, it has been sanitised or removed!

But today I put a screenshot in a message for a guest who is arriving tomorrow....and I have confirmation from her that it went through!

Seriously, I learn something new on this platform every day!

 

The hardest part about that message was typing I instead of we!

@Robin4 my experience is that photos, phone numbers, emails & web info are allowed after a reservation is confirmed & while the guest is in residence. During an inquiry & after the stay, all of these are scrubbed out.

Yes, my experience has been the same as Kelly's.

Before booking: No links or sensitive info.

After confirmed booking: Send any links you want!

That's true. I can confirm that. You can send any link or photos after the booking is confirmed.
