I have not received full payment

I have not received full payment

I have a guest currently staying with me and the payout is supposed to be $244.44. I have received $239.44 and Airbnb has no explanation for the missing money. I have received payouts in full as recently as last week, consistently in the same payout method so it is not an issue from my bank. Help!! I know it’s a small amount but it adds up.

If the Transaction History pages on Airbnb  mention the full amount is transferred, then contact your bank about the missing 5 Euro.
