I actually called airbnb and they recomended I change my name, email and phone number to something she wouldn't know so that she can't pretend to be me. They also informed me that if she does not have an airbnb account any claims she makes will be dismissed.
Unfortunately my rooms had already been booked out before things with this tennant started to get ridiculous. I had already blocked out all days that were not already reserved.
If you're worried about her harrassing Airbnb guests while you're away, have a good friend randomly drive/stop by the apartment to check on it. Also give your guests contact information for someone who you trust that can help out if there are any issues if you'll be out of town. I've had to do that before!
I am in the home with the guests and have someone coming to house sit/play host while I am at work for the next few days to ensure that she will never be in my home "unsupervised"
Wondering if there's enough substantial harrassment grounds for you to take this to the police? Seems to me there's a stalking edge to the story if she even went to your boss (!!!!).
She did come and harass (nonviolent) me and my guests tonight. I have refunded both guests and one has chosen to find other accomodations for the night. I called the police and she is being arrested on criminal charges for her actions.
