You would literally need to get 100's and 100's of people to 'favourite' you in order for it to make the slightest difference to your rankings @Sabrina170  @Helen213 

Great photos, lots of reviews and  ratings, superhost status, Instant book, and how many competitors you have are all the key things that affect your rankings (see Airbnb Help)
