As I am unable to contact anyone at air bnb I am feeling very frustrated with the system. I have loved hosting for the last twelve months. Disappointed that it is ending this way. I hope someone can advise.
Go to your home page>Host>manage listings>then you have the little "hamburger on the top left hand side[thats the three lines on top of one another]. If you hover over the hamburger a menu pops into view and you can make alterations to your listings. For de-activating or cancelling your listing look to the absolute bottom of this sliding menu and you will see a word such as "activate" with a little blue button to select the option you want.
