@Shane401 AIRDNA works, but today it will not show you any useful information. The Covid 19 hit was pretty bad for all and nothing is over. You need to look at your area much closer-traffic data, number of flights, number of passengers, do you see any visitors or tourists, how many of the restaurants survived, etc. Is there any new listings, any renovated? What kind of people do you see around you?
Take a wide look over the business in your area. We are not hotels, not an industry. We are hosts and can't see people only as a digits. The area may be busy, but the right moment to start may be somewhere in the future. Watch your nearby listings-what kind of reviews they have.
