I'm wondering if the free photography is worth having?

I agree with @Ed-and-Hugh0.  I might also add that the photos that Airbnb uploads after your photography session are verified and it will show on your listing.  This also apparently helps in the search algorithms.

I can definately tell the difference between host shots and professional - those wide angle lenses come in handy! That being said - I question who's determining the shots to use @ AB - they included one that was literally a corner of a wall in my final set.  I deleted the ones that were just weird.   I also supplemented - I had asked for one of the stairs (to show the sepearate entrance) but it didn't make it into the ones I was given.  It's awkward looking - but I got a lot of questions about whether it was private until it was there - so necessary.  These nuances seem to be lost in the pipeline host > photographer > airbnb staff.
