I need to refund a double payment

I accidentally charged my guest twice for parking.  How do I refund one of those payments?

Go to your reservation, @Debra188, and select "send or request money".  Follow the prompts for refunding.  If you have already been paid, then the funds will be deducted from your next payment.

Thanks Linda.  I did that first, but they don't let you refund a specific amount.  The only option was to change the dates or number of guests.  Or the rent amount.  I hestiate to do that since Airbnb collects sales tax so I'm not sure exactly what they would refund.

@Debra188  You're  not changing/altering the reservation. Go to the actual reservation in your inbox above the last message sent will be a box that says: Send or Request Money. Click it. That's the one you want.

FYI to anyone looking at this, I was only able to process the refund after the guest had checked out.  Then everything worked fine.  Just couldn't do it before the stay.
