I need to send the pre aproval but I do not have the bottom available

Hi, I need to send a pre aproval to Tatjana  but I do not know why I dont have the bottom of pre aproval available, only one that says respond guest. Please help asap!!!

@Mika2 Did you receive an inquiry or a booking request from Tatjana?  Pre-approvals are meant for guest inquires.  If Tatjana send you a booking request, just accept it, unless you have negotiated a different price.  In that case, you would send a Special Offer.
